The system has a reversible panel (2) with a section complementary to another section of an open hollow housing (10) so that the panel is positioned in the housing along symmetrical positions. A connection unit (5) connects the panel with a frame (1) when the panel is positioned in the housing on the frame. The unit is constituted of fixation assemblies (21, 22) mounted in cooperation with the panel and the housing so that the assemblies are respectively located in symmetrical places with respect to a symmetrical level (15). Each assembly is constituted by a demountable reversible pivot hinge.
