PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold manufacturing method capable of suppressing the reduction of a cooling performance in a casting mold, in which a bushing is inserted into a cooling hole.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a casting mold 10 including: a cooling hole 13 formed so as to reach the vicinity of a cavity 12 from the outer surface of a mold 11; and a hollow bushing 14 fitted in the cooling hole 13, the bushing 14 is inserted into the cooling hole 13, and the bushing 14 inserted into the cooling hole 13 is subjected to expansion-plastic deformation by a pressure device using a fluid pressure thereby bring the outer face of the bushing 14 into close contact with the inner face of the cooling hole 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
