摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement method and device of visualized fluid, which apply a plurality of laser beams to an inspection area at a time interval of less than 1 μs by using an optical system with a simple configuration, so as to measure a flow rate of supersonic flow by a PIV measurement method.SOLUTION: A flow rate measurement device includes: a laser light source (3) for emitting a laser beam (α) to be applied to a microparticle group (P) in an inspection area (M); laser beam branching/splitting means (13) for branching or splitting the laser beam into a first laser beam (β) and a second laser beam (γ); a first optical path (L2) for applying the first laser beam to the inspection area; and second optical paths (21, 22) for applying the second laser beam to the inspection area. The second optical paths include delay means for delaying transmission of the second laser beam to an emission part. A period of emitting the second laser beam to the inspection area lags behind a period of emitting the first laser beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
