PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collation device, an information collation method, a program, and a recording medium, wherein an element such as a deleted component can be also collated. SOLUTION: A collation part 12 collates a component name to be collated out of the component names of components included in a plan indicated by design data inputted by a design data input part 111 with a component name to be collated out of the component names of components included in a component list indicated by component list data inputted by a component list input part 112. Components having the same component name out of component names to be collated with each other in the plan and the component list and having the same state of existence/absence of cancel lines are determined as coincident component names, and a component name included in either one of the plan and the component list and having the cancel line is determined as coincidence. Components having the same component name and having different states of existence/absence of cancel lines are determined as non-coincidence, and a component name included in either one of the plan and the component list and having no cancel line is determined as non-coincidence.
