PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic lead switch that can be configured to be wholly thin, and is excellent in operation sensitivity.SOLUTION: A supporting portion 5a is fixed on a substrate 2 through a first anchor layer 4a, and a movable electrode portion 7b is formed at the tip portion of a beam portion 7a extending from the supporting portion 5a. Further, a fixed electrode portion 6b is formed through a second anchor portion 4b. A movable electrode portion 7b is larger in width dimension in the X-direction than the beam portion 7a. A magnetic material layer 13 is provided on the movable electrode portion 7b. Accordingly, the movable electrode portion 7b is easily magnetized by external magnetic field, and the movable electrode portion 7b reacts with the external magnetic field with high sensitivity to be movable to the fixed electrode portion 6b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
