PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable achievement of electrolytic solution having more excellently safety which has been required in the prior art.SOLUTION: Electrolytic solution for a battery contains nonaqueous solvent and alkali metal salt, the alkali metal salt is dissolved in the nonaqueous solvent, and the nonaqueous solvent contains perfluoropolyether, and fluorinated phosphate ester. The battery includes the electrolytic solution for a battery, a positive electrode containing a positive electrode active material capable of occluding and discharging alkali metal cations, and a negative electrode containing a negative electrode active material capable of occluding and discharging the alkali metal cations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
