PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide floating body structure for suppressing swing exited by waves, by independently setting own natural periods of vertical swing and rotational vibration about a horizontal axis. SOLUTION: In the floating body structure 10, a lower floating body 12 which determines the own natural period of the rotational vibration about the horizontal axis by its outer shape is connected and integrated with a lower side of an upper floating body 12. An opening part 12A is formed at the center of the lower floating body 12 to define the own natural period of the vertical swing by changing a total area of the lower floating body 12 depending on the size of the opening part.
