PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a watertight stranded electric wire for manufacturing the watertight stranded electric wire efficiently while securing water-tightness. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the watertight stranded electric wire, a plurality of conductor wires 20-26 are twisted and a watertight material 50 is filled between the plurality of conductor wires 20-26 to manufacture the watertight stranded electric wire 70. In manufacturing the watertight stranded electric wire 70, a periphery of the conductor wire 20 positioned in a center out of the plurality of conductor wires 20-26 is coated with the watertight material 50. Air gaps between the plurality of conductor wires 20-26 are filled with the watertight material 50 by passing the plurality of conductor wires 20-26 in a space of a forward tapered pressurizing member 12 while twisting the plurality of conductor wires 20-26.
