PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device capable of quickly detecting a target object in a three-dimensional space.SOLUTION: A detection device 1 employs the CTFM method and includes: a transmitter unit 2 that transmits a frequency-swept transmission wave to form a three-dimensional transmission beam; receiver elements 31a, 31b that receive reflection of the transmission wave as reception waves; a drive mechanism 4 that drives the receiver elements 31a, 31b to sweep reception beams formed by the receiver elements 31a, 31b within a three-dimensional range of the transmission beam; and a target object information generation unit that generates information on a target object within the three-dimensional range based on beat signals generated in accordance with the transmission wave transmitted by the transmitter unit 2 and the reception waves received by the receiver elements 31a, 31b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
