The present invention relates to a hinge processing device, and more specifically, to a hinge processing device which, when manufacturing a hinge for a rear door of a recreational vehicle (RV), welds a bent part of the hinge and drills a part for insertion to smoothly insert a bolt. The present invention provides a hinge processing device which automates a welding process and a drilling process for manufacturing a hinge, without requiring a worker, to simplify the work process and to increase efficiency. To achieve this purpose, the hinge processing device of the present invention comprises: a parts feeder installed to supply hinges with a bent hinge unit one by one; a welding unit installed to successively weld the hinges supplied by the parts feeder one by one and to weld the whole bent part of the hinge unit of the hinges; a first cylinder installed to take out the hinges welded by the welding unit; a converting unit to change the position of the hinges to suit drilling when the hinges are taken out by the first cylinder; a second cylinder and a third cylinder to take out the hinges with the position changed by the converting unit; and a drilling unit to drill the hinges supplied through the third cylinder. |
