After it is determined that a lottery by lottery means results in a jackpot, execution of one of a plurality of jackpot game modes is determined according to a distribution destination selectively distributed by the distribution means. The game machine includes game stopping means for stopping progress of a game so as to prevent a jackpot game from being started even if it is determined that the lottery by the lottery means results in a jackpot.
