PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a series resonant DC/DC converter that suppresses a switching loss.SOLUTION: The series resonant DC/DC converter includes: a DC power supply 1; and a full bridge circuit 2 comprising a parallel connection, between positive and negative electrodes of the DC power supply 1, of a first switch circuit comprising a series connection of a switching element QA and a switching element QB, and a second switch circuit comprising a series connection of a switching element QC and a switching element QD connected with a capacitor Cc and a capacitor Cd in parallel, respectively. The series resonant DC/DC converter also includes: a series resonance circuit 3 connected to an output of the first switch circuit; and a high frequency transformer TR connected at one end of a primary side winding to a resonant inductor Lr and connected at the other end of the primary side winding to an output of the second switch circuit. The series resonant DC/DC converter further includes: a diode rectification circuit 4 connected to a secondary side winding of the high frequency transformer TR to output a DC voltage to a load; and a control circuit 6 for driving the switching elements of the full bridge circuit 2 in accordance with the output power of the diode rectification circuit 4. |
