SOLUTION: Rotating force of a drive cam 4 is transmitted to two swinging cams 5 via a link arm 21, a rocker arm 20 and a link rod 22 to open and close each suction valve 2, and variably control the valve lift amount of the suction valve with the rotation of a control shaft 26 and a control cam 27. Lubrication oil flowed out from both sides of a sliding gap C through a first oil passage 28, etc. is sprayed in the radiation direction followed by the eccentric rotation of the drive cam, adhered to the spring retainer 9 and a valve spring 10, splashed from here to forcedly supply to each sliding part.
