PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate the orientation substantially irrespective of the dimensioning or geometrical shape of a device even when the fitting pressure is very small. SOLUTION: A holding body 2 comprises a surface section 20 of projecting spherical surface and a surface section 21 to which a parts 1 to be held is fitted. A storing body 3 to rotatably support the holding body 2 has a surface section 30 of recessed spherical surface on which a slip sheet surface for the surface section 20 of projecting spherical of the body 2 is formed. A slip means 50 in the shape of a slip layer 5 is disposed between the surface section 30 of recessed spherical surface of the storing body 3 and the surface section 20 of projecting spherical surface of the holding body 2 stored in the surface section 30 of recessed spherical surface.
