PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a flow passage switching device capable of downsizing while making rotary display means more excellent than the conventional one, and a water purifier.SOLUTION: The flow passage switching device includes: movement operation means 100 consisting of a shaft member 11 in which a valve chamber is provided with one inflow port and a plurality of outflow ports, the plurality of outflow ports are respectively provided with a valve body which freely switches an outflow port to an opened state and a closed state, and a cam part 11A for moving each valve body so as to cause one valve body among a plurality of valve bodies to open its outflow port and cause the other valve bodies to close their outflow ports is provided in accordance with each of the respective valve bodies; and rotary display means 200 which is formed in a cylindrical shape and rotates in accordance with the rotation of the shaft member 11 to display outflow port information i.
