<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device which can do laundry with microbubbles or nano-bubbles of ozone or air. <P>SOLUTION: The washing device 10 includes an ozone generator 20, a bubble generator 21, a washing water circulation pump 22, a tank 23, an oxygenation means 25, a drainage reservoir 40, a reverse osmosis membrane pump 41, a reverse osmosis membrane 42, and a filter 43. The ozone generator 20 opens an air inlet valve 34 installed on an air suction pipe 28, inhales the air into the ozone generator 20, takes out oxygen from the inhaled air and generates ozone. The ozone generator 20 supplies the generated ozone to the bubble generator 21 through an ozone supply pipe 26.
