Method for contact-less measurement of 3d coordinates of object includes lighting surface with radiation and registration of image of rays. One illuminates in turn test and measured surfaces with horizontal and vertical binary patterns, with highlighting lines of patterns, with determination of 2d coordinates of points of intersection of patterns, by those one determines coordinate of depth, with formation of 3d image of measured surface. |
