A switch 3 is provided on the upstream line for CATV through which data are transmitted to a base station from each household PC at a final stage having the highest possible signal level so as to output the output of the switch 3 to an output terminal (out) through a buffer circuit 10 incorporated for impedance transformation. Therefore, the performance of an RF output device can be improved and the cost of the device can be reduced, because the occurrence of noise can be minimized when the switch 3 is turned off and no oscillation stopping switch is required for a VCO 5 for preventing carrier leakage. <IMAGE> |
