The present invention provides a film with high transparency, weather resistance and moist heat resistance, excellent tensile properties, a favorable hue, and high surface hardness. The present invention is a film comprising (a) 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin (component a), which has carbonate units (A) represented by formula (A) and for which the specific viscosity measured in a 20°C methylene chloride solution is 0.2-0.5; (b) 0.03-2.5 parts by weight of at least one kind of ultraviolet absorbing agent (component b) selected from a group consisting of ultraviolet absorbing agents with a benzotriazole backbone and ultraviolet absorbing agents with a triazine backbone; (c) 0.0001-0.02 parts by weight of a colorant (component c); and (d) 0.01-1 part by weight of a hindered amine photostabilizer (component d).
