PURPOSE: A plate type member is provided to prevent a body from bending and transforming by a concentrated pressure and a crack from generating and to obtain a smooth surface having a high concrete-removal ability against the contacting face with concrete. CONSTITUTION: The plate type member is composed of a second plane plate(112) placed on a first plane plate(111) and separated from the first plane plate with a certain interval to place. The surface of the first and the second plane plates is formed with plural fine holes(120) by an oxidation process which corona-processes so as to form a fine hole by discharging the surface of the first and the second plane plates or slightly burns with a flame.
