<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch type printed matter in which information on lottery printed on a paper can be effectively prevented from being seen through and which can be inexpensively prepared. SOLUTION: In the scratch type printed matter 10 in which the lottery information 12 consisting of letters, marks, figures, etc., are printed on the paper 11 and an opaque masking layer 15 is laminated on the surface of the lottery information 12 through a transparent releasing layer 13 and the lottery information 12 is made to visibly appear by releasing the masking layer 15, it is constituted in such a way that a ground tint printed layer 14 prepared with a colored ink is laminated between the releasing layer 13 and the masking layer 15 and the ground tint printed layer 14 is simultaneously released when the masking layer 15 is released.</p> |
