PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed-circuit board which does not require wide dead space, does not decline mechanical strength inherent in a substrate and stress exerted in screwing does not affect a printed-circuit pattern. SOLUTION: The printed-circuit board includes the substrate 1 comprising one or more layers on which electronic components are mountable, the printed-circuit pattern 2 formed on a face of the substrate 1, a fastening portion 20 with a through-hole formed to fix the substrate 1 to other members, and a weakened portion 5 which is formed between the fastening portion 20 and the printed-circuit pattern 2 and comprises the only substrate 1. The fastening portion 20 includes the through-hole to fix the substrate 1 to the other members, and a fastening pattern 22 formed annularly or almost annularly around the through-hole, and screws down by a screw 6 to be inserted through the through-hole. Moreover, the weakened portion 5 is formed between the fastening pattern 22 of the fastening portion 20 and the printed-circuit pattern 2, and is constituted by the only substrate 1, wherein neither the fastening pattern 22 nor the printed-circuit pattern 2 is formed on all the layers.
