PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can securely engage a cushion wall body to a bottom wall portion of the box without requiring an adheshive. SOLUTION: In this parallel piped packaging box in which the cushion wall body of a substantially parallel piped cross section is formed along an opposing side wall portion and the bottom wall portion of the cushion wall body is fixed at the box body bottom wall portion, the bottom wall portion of the cushion wall body is formed as a first flap portion with holes along the center line, and the box body bottom wall portion includes a second flap portion with projecting portions having a similar shape to the holes but slightly smaller along the center line according to the first flap portion to engage the holes to the projecting portions.
