PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively low-caloric composition of an oral administration liquid drug having suppressed bitterness of a functional substance, good odor spreading and excellent administrability. SOLUTION: The composition of the oral administration liquid drug is characterized in that the composition comprises (A) the functional substance having an unpleasant taste, (B) a fatty acid ester having a 2-11C hydrocarbon group and (C) fructose and sucrose in (1/0.001) to (1/0.15) (mass ratio) of the fructose/sucrose and the total amount of the fructose and sucrose is 1,000 mg/100 mL to 8,000 mg/100 mL.
