A 3D imaging data display processing method and a 3D ultrasonic imaging method and system are provided, the method including: acquiring 3D volume data of a participant's head; on the basis of image features of cross sections of the participant's head relevant to brain anatomical positions, detecting the cross sections at the brain anatomical positions from the 3D volume data; and displaying the detected cross sections. The present invention can perform 3D imaging for the participant's head and automatically detect brain standard cross sections.
