The continuous cycle separator-decanter device for the industrial production of olive oil according to the present invention performs the separation from the olive paste from the olive stones coming from a stone-remover, and consists of a feedbox (12) into which the olive paste and stones enter, of a scroll consisting of an element (10) with a greater diameter for the transport of the paste and for the stones as well as for the separation between the paste and the stones, so that the separation is performed by the scroll (10) together with the rotating grill (6), that rotates in a direction opposed to the one of the scroll and with a higher speed; the rotating grill (6) consists of iron rods which allow the outcome of the paste, that is led to the further treatments, but not of the stones, which are expelled, perfectly cleaned, into the appropriate outlet chamber (8). |
