The present invention relates to a novel factor, Sirt2, required for manufacturing dedifferentiated stem cells, and to a manufacturing method of dedifferentiated stem cells using the same. The dedifferentiated stem cells can be induced from somatic cells in an efficient manner by using the Sirt2. The manufacturing method of dedifferentiated stem cells from somatic cells, comprises the following steps: introducing a hexane molecule including polynucleotide for coding Sirt2 polypeptide on separated somatic cells; and inducing the hexane molecule-introduced somatic cells into the dedifferentiated stem cells.
