<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a water-in-oil emulsion fuel comprising a mixture of water with oil, a process for producing an ultrafine particle emulsion fuel which has very good thermal efficiency and has been finely stirred, and an apparatus for producing an emulsion fuel having good stirring efficiency. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An apparatus for producing a water-in-oil emulsion fuel that produces an ultrafine particle emulsion oil by emulsion means provided and is rotated within a chamber in a housing. The emulsion means is basically in a substantially cylindrical form, and a concave-convex part is continuously provided on the outer surface. The concave-convex part is continuously provided on the inner periphery of the housing. The emulsion means can be rotated within the chamber, and the spacing between the convex part on the inner surface of the housing and the convex part in the emulsion means is very dense and is only such that rotation is possible, and water and oil can be transferred into a next concave part while being mixed together within the space.</p> |
