PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the state of slide contact of a blade with a photoreceptor drum. SOLUTION: The blade 2 which comes into slide contact with a surface of the photoreceptor drum 1 is provided to a long-side edge 3a of a long-sized plate material 3, which is fixed to a plate surface of a holder 4 at a plurality of weld zones 5 of spot welding which are present along the length, thereby improving the fitting strength of the long-sized plate material 3 to the holder 4 in a uniform state.
