The attachment has a male element (1) with an inverse T-shaped calcinable plastic part (12) molded over a machined biocompatible metal part (11). The metal part is covered with a titanium nitride film. The plastic part has a vertical section passing through the metal part, and a horizontal section supported below the metal part to connect the male element with a co-joint part (4) of the prosthesis. A female element (2) is in sphere or ovoid shape, so that the female element is rotated with respect to the male element under the effect of masticatory pressure and resilience of a mucosa membrane.
