PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the fluorescent labeling of a target nucleic acid in a short time, to analyze a gene expression in a short time and in a high throughput, to quantitatively label a target nucleic acid with a fluorescent molecule in a short time, to quantitatively analyze a gene expression and to analyze a gene expression in a short time at a low cost. SOLUTION: The gene expression amount of a target nucleic acid is analyzed by the fluorescent labeling of a probe nucleic acid by a process for bonding a fluorescent molecule to the terminal of a primer comprising a nucleotide arranged by a solid-phase synthesis method and a process for bonding the fluorescently labeled primer to a probe nucleic acid.
