摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a lithium tungsten oxide coating material is provided to obtain a lithium tungsten oxide thin film with improved coloring efficiency, response speed, and charge density. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a lithium tungsten oxide coating material comprises the following steps: forming a transparent tungsten solution by dissolving tungstic acid powder or tungsten metal powder in hydrogen peroxide liquid; forming peroxo tungstic acid with a transparent orange color marked with the chemical formula WO3xH2O2xyH2O(0.05<=x<=1.0, 0.5<=y<=10) by vaporizing water and the hydrogen peroxide liquid from the tungsten solution; forming a tungsten oxide solution by dissolving the peroxo tungstic acid in an organic solvent; forming a lithium source solution; and forming lithium tungsten oxide by mixing the lithium source solution and the tungsten oxide solution.
