PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller unit for a printer which allows heat generation of a swinging roller which performs reciprocatory movement to be reduced.SOLUTION: A driving roller 22 is joined, with a belt 24, to a plurality of swinging rollers 23 which can be reciprocatorily moved. The swinging rollers 23 have a shaft 41, a roller surface 42 formed in the shaft 41, an inner tube 43 fitted to the shaft 41, and an outer tube 44 fitted to the inner tube 43. The inner tube 43 of the swinging roller 23 can be moved and cannot be rotated in a shaft direction relative to the shaft 41. The outer tube 44 of the swinging roller 23 cannot be moved and cannot be rotated in the shaft direction relative to the inner tube 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
