PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a fireproof specification standard of high-strength concrete, and to easily select a fireproof specification consistent with required fire resistance efficiency. SOLUTION: The fire resistance efficiency is divided in two, that is, anti-explosive-fracture performance and skeleton temperature suppressing performance, the guaranteed fire resistance efficiency means satisfying the conditions that a fire resistance hour at least until the start of an explosive fracture is 90 min or more and that a fire resistance hour capable of holding a concrete temperature in a reinforcement position to 200°C or lower is 90 min or more, the fireproof specifications, which satisfy the conditions, are pre-classified into a plurality of ranks for each secured time until the start of the explosive fracture in terms of the anti-explosive-fracture performance, and pre-classified into a plurality of ranks for each secured time, capable of holding the concrete temperature in the reinforcement position to 200°C or lower, in terms of the skeleton temperature suppressing performance, an anti-explosive-fracture fire resistance hour and a skeleton temperature suppressing fire resistance hour, which are required for the target high-strength concrete member, are determined, and the fireproof specification, which satisfies the required fire resistance hours, is selected from among the fireproof specifications as alternatives.
