The digital distribution method scrambles the original audio file, transmits the scrambled file and uses the audio player to descramble audio to provide output from the player. The audio file is delivered in frames, holding coefficients obtained by adaptive alteration of the audio based on the structure of the original audio file, the user profile and external events.
