PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable whether both connector housings are regularly connected or not to be certainly judged by utilizing an electrical wire covering. SOLUTION: The electrical wire covering 60 is attached rotatably to a female housing 10, and locked to a male housing 40. Until both the housings 10, 40 are regularly connected, locking of the electrical wire covering 60 to the male housing 40 is regulated by disposing a locking part 61 and a part 49 to be locked at separate position from each other. A resin spring 78 is provided at the electrical wire covering 60. The spring begins to hit resiliently with the female housing 10 before both the housings 10, 40 are regularly connected, and stores the energy of the biasing force to the direction of return to the electrical wire covering 60 as both the housings 10, 40 are directed toward the position to be regularly connected.
