PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can form articles having outside diameters of various sizes by a device of simple constitution without requiring replacement work. SOLUTION: An outside diameter molding means is composed of a winding member 1 in which a base end side is fixed to a prescribed base 6 side and is wound onto a body 5 to be molded, a stretching member 2 which is installed on the tip side of the member 1, stretches the body 5 in the squeezing direction, and adjusts the size of the outside diameter of the body 5, and a pressing member 3 for fixing the position of the member 1 so that the member 1 is not stretched by the movement of the body 5.
