The device has a closed circular strip guide (4) adapted to surround a body of a user. The strip guide is connected to a harness (5) or a belt. A carrier (6) has a pair of rollers (7) mounted opposite to each other and intended to rolling along two opposite and circular rolling edges (4A,4B) of the guide to move the carrier in translation on the guide.
