PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily suppress the collision of a lower side cover on a leg of an occupant upon a front surface collision of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A lower side cover 10 extends along a vehicle fore-and-aft direction, and forms a side surface on an inner side in a vehicle width direction of a space 50 under legs of an occupant seated in a driver's seat. The lower side cover 10 is equipped with a front side supporting portion 12 supported by a bracket 40 extending from an air conditioner; a rear side supporting 14 positioned at the rear of the front side supporting portion 12, and supported by a side wall 311 of a center cluster 31; and two grooves 15 and 16 positioned between the front side supporting portion 12 and the rear side supporting portion 14, vertically extended, and provided at an interval. The grooves 15 and 16 are made to be starting points of deformation for urging the lower side cover 10 to displace toward the inner side in the vehicle width direction when a load is inputted on the lower side cover 10 with a front surface collision of a vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
