PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To beautifully polish the work surface of a wheel at once by arranging plural abrasive installing tools capable of reciprocating in the vertical direction, the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction and capable of optionally setting an installing angle and pressing force of sand paper. SOLUTION: A table 9 reciprocates in the vertical direction by a pneumatic cylinder 4a, a table 6 reciprocates in the longitudinal direction by a pneumatic cylinder 3a, an abrasive installing tool 2 reciprocates in the lateral direction by a pneumatic cylinder 10a, and reciprocates in the vertical direction by a pneumatic cylinder, respectively. Pressing force of an abrasive to a wheel is optionally set by adjusting air pressure to perform finer polishing work. In this case, finer reciprocating motion is made by interposing speed controllers in the respective cylinders to prevent the generation of a polishing stripe generated by continuously polishing the same place by the abrasive. |
