RECEIVER AND INVERSE-SPREADING CODE GENERATING METHOD

A control unit (3) outputs control information necessary for the generating process of inverse-spreading codes and address information and timing information necessary for the reading process of inverse-spreading codes. An original code generating unit (1) generates inverse-spreading codes in accordance with the control information. Inverse-spreading codes are stored in a code storage unit (2) on the basis of an address corresponding to a multipath delay time. A code reading unit (4) receives inverse-spreading codes, which are read in accordance with the address information and correspond to the respective paths, and outputs received inverse-spreading codes in accordance with the timing information. A demodulation unit (5) demodulates received signals individually by using inverse-spreading codes corresponding to the respective paths. A symbol synthesis unit (6) synthesizes all the demodulated signals.
