<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate absence from a high security level area based on reentry in a short time from long-time absence from the high security level area. <P>SOLUTION: An access management device 10 transmits, when a user enters the high-security level area or leaves the high-security level area according to an authentication processing result based on a card ID, authentication operation condition information showing that the user executes a predetermined condition and the card ID to an authentication server 40.
