<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made bottle capable of adequately adjusting the internal pressure in the bottle according to the degree of evacuation inside the bottle, reducing the manufacturing cost, and reliably preventing a barrel portion from deforming caused by evacuation of a barrel portion of the bottle, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A leg part 7 having a ground contact face 10 continuously provided on a lower end of a barrel portion 3, an inclined part 8 formed in an area surrounded by the leg part 7 and inclined in a freely inversive manner inward of the barrel portion 3 and outward of the barrel portion 3, and a bottom center part 9 surrounded by the inclined part 8 are provided on a bottom part 4. An outer peripheral hinge part 11 is provided along an outer peripheral edge of the inclined part 8. An inner peripheral hinge part 12 is provided along an inner peripheral edge of the inclined part 8.
