PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for press forming having a higher energy-saving effect compared to a conventional one without preventing lifting and lowering of an upper mold.SOLUTION: A lower mold 6 is attached to a lower base plate 4 fixed to a bolster 3 through a first heat insulation material 23 in a lower side, and an upper mold 13 is attached to an upper base plate 11 fixed to a slide 10 through a first heat insulation material 43 in an upper side. A second heat insulation material 24 in a lower side is fixed to the lower base plate 4 so as to close a lower opening of the lower mold 6 of which the lower surface is opened, and a second heat insulation material 44 in an upper side is fixed to the upper base plate 11 so as to close an upper opening of the upper mold 13 of which the upper surface is opened. A lower cover 18 for heat insulation material for keeping the periphery of the lower mold 6 at a state of being surrounded by a third heat insulation material 20 in a lower side is fixed to the lower base plate 4 through a fourth heat insulation material 5 in a lower side, and an upper cover 38 for heat insulation material for keeping the periphery of the upper mold 13 at a state of being surrounded by a third heat insulation material 40 in an upper side is fixed to the upper base plate 11 through a fourth heat insulation material 12 in an upper side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
