<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the overall length of a device and to reliably join an electromechanical transducer to a weight together. <P>SOLUTION: The weight 30 includes a base 31, a first vertical wall forming part 32a, and a second vertical wall forming part 32b. The base 31 is joined with the electromechanical transducer 20 by an adhesive filled between a topside 31a and a bottom 22. The first vertical wall forming part 32a is erected from the topside 31a of the base 31 so as to form a first vertical wall 32a1 which faces a first flank 23a of an element 20, and is joined with the element 20 by an adhesive being filled between the first flank 23a and the first vertical wall 32a1. The second vertical wall forming part 32b is erected from the topside 31a of the base 31 so as to form a second vertical wall 32b1 which faces a second flank 23b of an element 20, and is joined with the element 20 by an adhesive filled between the second flank 23b and the second vertical wall 32b1.
