PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water treatment apparatus capable of obtaining assured treated water for the purpose of recycling by effectively removing suspension, hardly causing clogging, effectively reducing the organic materials resulting from a COD component and a BOC component and performing sterilization of bacteria as well. SOLUTION: The water treatment apparatus is equipped with a circulating line for returning the treated water drawn up by a circulating pump to the fore stage of a filtration equipment.
