PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater capable of improving convenience in various scenes.SOLUTION: A water heater comprises: a hot water storage tank 11; a heat pump unit 3 for heating hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 11; a control device 40 for controlling the heat pump unit 3; a remote controller 50 for communicating with the control device 40; hot water filling means for executing a hot water filling operation by supplying the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 11 into a bathtub 60; and heat insulating means for insulating heat by performing an additional heating operation to the bathtub water stored in the bathtub 60 after the completion of the hot water filling operation. The remote controller 50 includes a display unit for indicating a countdown display of the residual time until the next additional heating operation starts during heat insulation by the heat insulating means. |
