PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detention needle device capable of easily and safely releasing the fastening of an inner needle and an outer needle in a state in which the needles are punctured into a patient.SOLUTION: An inner unit 3 can be moved to an outer unit 2 from an initial position in which an inner needle 50 protrudes from the tip of an outer needle 30 to a retreat position in which the inner needle is accommodated in a shield 20. A stopper 70 includes an insertion part 71 that can be inserted into the shield, and a base part 72 provided to the rear end of the insertion part. The base part 72 includes an arm 75 that can be elastically bent and deformed, and a pressing part 76 provided to the arm. In an initial state in which the insertion part is inserted into the shield, and a front end 71a of the insertion part is brought into contact with an inner hub 40 of the inner unit in the initial position, when the arm is elastically deformed, the pressing part pushes out the outer unit forward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
