PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preparation for application on a water surface capable of uniformly applying an agrochemical active ingredient over the whole surface of a paddy field, and having controlled release of thereof. SOLUTION: This mixed agrochemical preparation for application on a water surface, having release-promoting activities of the agrochemical active ingredient and good in floating and traveling properties is obtained by allowing a granular nucleus to carry or to be coated with a mixed composition by using a mixture. The granular nucleus has <1 apparent specific gravity and about 500-1,400 particle diameter, and is obtained by previously coating a fired pumice with a water-soluble polymer. The mixed composition consists of a powdery composition comprising mefenacet or fentrazamide of a hardly water-soluble agrochemical active ingredient, a dialkyl sulfosuccinate salt and another surfactant, and an agrochemical bulk composition comprising imazosulfuron of a slightly water-soluble or easily water-soluble agrochemical active ingredient, a wax or a polyethylene, and a hydrophobic silica. The mixture comprises a sorbitan (or a sorbitol) fatty acid ester of a polyoxyethylene and other oily surfactants.
