MEDIA-EDITING SERVER DEVICE, MEDIA EDITING SYSTEM, AND MEDIA-EDITING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a media-editing server device capable of generating a scenario template in which the order for editing media that is moving images or sounds is described.

SOLUTION: The media-editing server device has a basic API correspondence storage part where an API which processes the media being the moving images or the sounds is associated with a basic API whose value of a parameter of the API is different and stored by each API; a transition probability storage part, in which transition probability between the basic APIs is stored; a basic API selection part which reads basic APIs applicable to a plurality of input APIs from the basic API correspondence storage part for storing them, according to the input of the plurality of APIs; a graph estimating part which reads the transition probability between the basic APIs input, from the basic API selection part from the transition probability storage part to generate an editing graph, to which the basic APIs are connected on the basis of the read transition probability and an execution part which edits the media, on the basis of the editing graphs generated by the graph-editing part.
